A St. Helena native, Will Densberger cherishes the life-long relationships he has developed in Napa Valley. As it turned out, since our sale involved a contemporaneous lot line adjustment to three parcels, a water-sharing agreement and a land lease for a vineyard block not being sold, the transaction was anything but “plain vanilla”.
