    We chose Pavi and Will to represent us in the sale of our vineyard property for a simple reason - in their marketing pitch to us they didn’t tell what we wanted to hear but, rather, what they truly believed, as well as the basis for that belief. Honesty when soliciting an assignment is a pretty good demonstration of integrity. As it turned out, since our sale involved a contemporaneous lot line adjustment to three parcels, a water-sharing agreement and a land lease for a vineyard block not being sold, the transaction was anything but “plain vanilla”.     We purchased our 20-acre vineyard estate in Calistoga 6 years ago. Will did an awesome job with some tricky water licensing issues and virus in the vineyard. We also took their recommendation to change up the vineyard management team. We are happy to report that in 2022 we are selling our grapes for $4,000 more per ton than when we acquired the property, and our last appraisal indicated a 70% increase in FMV. Will and Pavi will remain our Go-To real estate professionals.
